Our plan covers all aspects of managing your home:

• Photography and video tour of your property
• Marketing your property for rent and listing on all primary rental websites

• Use of an electronic code box, if appropriate

Rent Guarantee – Complete financial peace of mind

• Annapolis Property Services guarantees you will receive your monthly payment on time and in full, even if your tenant has not paid rent.
• For only 2% of the monthly rent, you can guarantee that, in every instance where your tenant is legally obligated to pay rent, you will receive your full monthly rent on time for up to 3 months.
• This option can be added to any property managed by Annapolis Property Services that has residents who have completed our tenant background screening process.
• The cost will be added to your management fee and covers every instance where your tenant is legally obligated to pay rent.
• It does not cover instances where rent is not legally recoverable (e.g., there is an issue with the property, or they have received military orders transferring them out of the area)
• There is no deductible, and more details on coverage are available in our owner’s handbook and management agreement.
