Maintenance troubleshooting and repair coordination is an important part of a Property Managers’ role. We have a dedicated in-house maintenance team with Maintenance Manager, Senior Maintenance Specialist and Technician/handyman who handles all of our residents’ maintenance requests.
We use a property maintenance software, Property Meld, which allows us to track all maintenance requests and ensure that all Property owner, resident and vendor communications and in one location yet being able to utilize, email, text messages, and phone calls.
We request that you pre-authorize APS to make repairs up to $400.00 For repairs in excess of $400.00 when it is not an emergency situation, APS will contact you for authorization. In the event that we can’t reach you or in an emergency situation we will use our best discretion to resolve the problem and mitigate further damages.
