Requesting maintenance issues via APS is so easy! You submit online and you receive a response almost immediately! The maintenance team does an absolute exceptional job at communicating with me throughout the process, letting me know when someone can come out, confirming the day/ time is ok, advising of any delays and the individuals that show up to do the work are professional, kind and fast! Last week they fixed a simple towel hook that had fallen and replaced a part of the dishwasher. Thank you!!

We've used APS for 10 years and have been VERY happy with their service. Always respond to our questions in a timely manner. We are PST and they are EST, but they manage to respond within 24 hours. They take care of our property and tenants needs quickly and efficiently.

We have used APS for a very long time. We had a few bumpy moments at the beginning but after sitting down with Brendan and his team to clear up the simple communication issues it has been plain sailing ever since. They are a great team and usually very quick to respond to any issues with our property or tenants. They have been very good at finding us good, reliable, long term tenants which we really appreciate. I just wish our other property managers were as good as APS.
