Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Note that under Maryland law, there is a mandatory five day grace period before any penalties can be applied. Typically rent is
collected from the tenant between the 1st and 5th of every month.

You will be paid between the 12th and the 15th of every month through a direct deposit system.

The amount paid to you is calculated using the following formula: Monthly Rent (minus) APS Management Fee (minus) Expenses Incurred = Your Payout

If rent has not been paid by the 5th, a 5% late fee is applied. Late fees are retained by Annapolis Property Services to cover the costs associated with filing failure to pay rent with the courts. If you are not enrolled in our Guaranteed Rent plan, if rent is late and not received in time to have funds transferred into your account by the 15th, APS will notify you ahead of time.
