Property turnover co-ordination and cleaning

APS handles every aspect of your property turnover and getting property turned around swiftly and efficiently is a priority.

Quickly determining the work required and sourcing vendors that can complete the work in a timely manner is essential, even if it as simple as a cleaning and yard clean up.

We try to allow a 7-day turnaround time between tenants to allow us to complete the move-out/move-in condition reports and prepare the property for new residents.

Turnover Responsibilities
  • Tenants are responsible for any damage caused to the property beyond ordinary wear and tear
  • Required to have the carpets professionally cleaned when they vacate
  • Unless there is damage to the walls, touch-up or repainting of walls/trim is considered normal wear and tear
  • We expect the properties to be free of personal belongings, broom-cleaned, and fridge and cupboards emptied.
  • Move-in cleaning cost is that of the property owner
