Peter is the President of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 as the General Manager of Sunsail Sailing Vacations.In 2003, after recognizing the need for long-term residential property management in and around the Annapolis area, he founded Annapolis Property Services. Peter is a licensed Real Estate agent, a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and a graduate of Southampton University. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.
Sanford Collins is the Director of Operations and oversees the Accounting and Maintenance teams of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from San Francisco, California, Sanford moved to Maryland in 2009.
Prior to joining APS, he helped found and managed all aspects of Allegiant Property Management. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent and has served as the Treasurer for the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
He is a graduate of California State University, East Bay and a California licensed CPA. In his spare time, Sanford enjoys adventure racing, jogging and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Marco is responsible for the leasing process and team for all new residents and the onboarding of new homes into the portfolio. Marco joined the APS team in the fall of 2013 as a Senior property manager until promoted to his current role as Sales Director in January 2019.
Experienced in both property management and maintenance, Marco was formerly the Senior Property Manager at A&S Development Corporation where he was responsible for the leasing and maintenance of 4 buildings and 15 dock slips.
He is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University where he earned a BS in Sociology and is an active member of NARPM (the National Association of Residental Property Managers). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and his two Chihuahuas.
Brendan is responsible for all our properties in Annapolis East (21403), Edgewater, Arnold, Riva, Davidsonville, Severna Park, Stevensville, and Chester. He is the main point of contact for all owner communications for his properties in addition to overseeing our resident move-in/move-out process and completing property turnarounds.
He is a 2007 graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he received a BA with a major in Political Science and minor in Asian Studies.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing.
Marlyn is our Accountant and handles the all financial details for Annapolis Property Services. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting in the Philippines and has over 14 years of experience in bookkeeping, supervising and managing accounting operations.
Marlyn loves love’s the four seasons and enjoys hiking, kayaking, reading, yoga, travelling and creating life experiences and fun memories with family and friends.
Elizabeth one of our Leasing Specialists and Property Managers and handles the showings of our available homes with prospective residents. She is also the Property Manager for our Crownsville homes (21032) so is the main point of contact for all owner communications for her properties and oversees all property turnarounds and new leases.
As Maintenance Manager Ben coordinates all maintenance duties for all occupied properties managed by Annapolis Property Services and manages all owner and resident communications, relating to maintenance issues.
Prior to joining APS Ben was General Manager of the Annapolis Sailing School. He is a graduate of Salisbury University and is an experienced sailor and photographer.
In his spare time he enjoys going to baseball games and spending time with his family.
Renee works with our residents, owners, and maintenance team to troubleshot, schedule, and coordinate all of our maintenance requests. She joined the team in the late 2018 and prior was working as a realtor focusing on first time home buyers and property flips. Outside of work, Renee loves spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs Ridgley and Maggie.
Angela is our inside Leasing Specialist and is the main point of contract for all prospective residents, handles property listings, showings, new resident inquires, lease preparation and move-in orientations.
Originally from Southern California, but has been adventuring Maryland the last few years. Angela loves spending her spare time running, hanging with her dogs and cooking.
Tony grew up just outside of Columbia in Missouri and relocated to Maryland in 2016. Prior to joining the team here at APS Tony worked at Walgreens and as an assistant handyman with his father Outside of work Tony enjoys fixing things and walking his dog!
Sarah schedules and completes our biannual property walk throughs and is responsible for our admin and processes. Sarah joined the APS team in the spring of 2016 in our front desk role and was quickly promoted to Maintenance coordinator and now heads up our property walk throughs and admin processes.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys discovering new experiences, travel and spending time with her family.
AJ handles all our of property utility bills, security deposit refunds, and accounting admin. He joined the APS team in January 2019 and has an undergraduate degree in Architecture. Outside of work he enjoys playing video games, watching movies and his favorite TV series "The Office".
