Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 as the General Manager of Sunsail Sailing Vacations.In 2003, after recognizing the need for long-term residential property management in and around the Annapolis area, he founded Annapolis Property Services. Peter is a licensed Real Estate agent, a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and a graduate of Southampton University. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.

Sanford Collins is the Director of Operations and oversees the Accounting and Maintenance teams of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from San Francisco, California, Sanford moved to Maryland in 2009.

Prior to joining APS, he helped found and managed all aspects of Allegiant Property Management. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent and has served as the Treasurer for the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

He is a graduate of California State University, East Bay and a California licensed CPA. In his spare time, Sanford enjoys adventure racing, jogging and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Marco is responsible for the leasing process and team for all new residents and the onboarding of new homes into the portfolio. Marco joined the APS team in the fall of 2013 as a Senior property manager until promoted to his current role as Sales Director in January 2019.

Experienced in both property management and maintenance, Marco was formerly the Senior Property Manager at A&S Development Corporation where he was responsible for the leasing and maintenance of 4 buildings and 15 dock slips.

He is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University where he earned a BS in Sociology and is an active member of NARPM (the National Association of Residental Property Managers). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and his two Chihuahuas.

He is a 2007 graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he received a BA with a major in Political Science and minor in Asian Studies.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing.

Ben first joined APS in 2011 as their in house handyman, from there he was promoted into the role of Maintenance Manager and in 2020 moved over to more on leasing and property turnovers in a Property Manager role

Prior to joining APS Ben was General Manager of the Annapolis Sailing School. He is a graduate of Salisbury University and is an experienced sailor and photographer.

In his spare time he enjoys going to baseball games and spending time with his family.

He returned to Maryland in 2016 and joined the APS team in 2018 as our in-house Maintenance technician. From Maintenance tech, he was promoted to Project Supervisor and then in 2021 to his current role, heading up our MHIC and home capitol improvements team. Tony lives in Crownsville and outside of work enjoys, cooking, archery, and walking his dog Molly.

Prior to joining APS Nikka worked in the mortgage and title field and loves the comradery and customer interactions working as part of the APS team.

Nikka was raised in the northern part of the Philippines, in Baguio city known as the “City of Pines,” where she gained her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Outside of work Nikka likes to spend time with her family and watching her favorite TV Series; Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad. She also loves to travel and when possible visit her mother and sisters in Taiwan.

In 2020 with the increased demand for virtual showings, she transitioned to the leasing team in the role of Leasing and Marketing Specialist.

Arron was born and raised in Maryland, he graduated from Baltimore City College High school and has worked in the property maintenance field since then. He loves fixing thing and when he is not working at properties he can often be found working on cars.

Outside of work, Aaron spends time with his family and loves nothing more that doing things with his young son. His favorite thing about his role within APS is being able to work with our residents face-to-face to resolve their maintenance issues and offer them reassurance and some routine maintenance tips.

Outside of work Chai plays volleyball, loves to go to the beach, travel and spend time with her dogs! She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
