Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 as the General Manager of Sunsail Sailing Vacations.In 2003, after recognizing the need for long-term residential property management in and around the Annapolis area, he founded Annapolis Property Services. Peter is a licensed Real Estate agent, a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and a graduate of Southampton University. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.

Originally from San Francisco, California, Sanford moved to Maryland in 2009.

Prior to joining APS, he helped found and managed all aspects of Allegiant Property Management. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent and has served as the Treasurer for the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

He is a graduate of California State University, East Bay and a California licensed CPA. In his spare time, Sanford enjoys adventure racing, jogging and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Marco is responsible for the leasing process and team for all new residents and the onboarding of new homes into the portfolio. Marco joined the APS team in the fall of 2013 as a Senior property manager until promoted to his current role as Sales Director in January 2019.

Experienced in both property management and maintenance, Marco was formerly the Senior Property Manager at A&S Development Corporation where he was responsible for the leasing and maintenance of 4 buildings and 15 dock slips.

He is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University where he earned a BS in Sociology and is an active member of NARPM (the National Association of Residental Property Managers). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and his two Chihuahuas.

His journey with APS began in 2011 as a Maintenance Technician, giving him a foundational understanding of property operations before progressing to his current senior role.
Today, he directs the team, including Property Managers Ben and Tony and their assistants, while retaining ultimate responsibility for all leases, property turnovers, and owner communications across our diverse portfolio.

Brendan's comprehensive oversight ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for both property owners and residents, from seamless move-ins and move-outs to meticulous property turnarounds.

A 2007 graduate of Randolph-Macon College, Brendan holds a BA with a major in Political Science and a minor in Asian Studies. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and fishing.

Ben is a Property Manager here at Annapolis Property Services and manages half of our portfolio, overseeing all properties in Annapolis (21401), Cape St. Claire (21409), Arnold (21012), Edgewater (21037), Davidsonville (21035), and Riva (21140). Ben is the primary point of contact for owner communications and skillfully handles all leases, turnovers, and the complete resident move-in/move-out process, ensuring smooth transitions and well-maintained properties. Ben's journey with APS began in 2011 as our in-house handyman, quickly progressing to Maintenance Manager. In 2020, he transitioned to his current Property Manager role, bringing his extensive hands-on experience to leasing and property turnarounds.

Prior to APS, Ben was the General Manager of the Annapolis Sailing School. A Salisbury University graduate, he's also an experienced sailor and photographer.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys baseball games and quality time with his family.

Tony serves as the primary liaison for owner communications and expertly manages all aspects of leases, turnovers, and the resident move-in and move-out process, ensuring seamless experiences and meticulously maintained properties.

Tony's journey with APS began in 2017 as an in-house Maintenance Technician. His talent and dedication led to a promotion to Maintenance Project Manager, and in a significant company development, Tony founded our General Contracting department in 2022. In 2025, he transitioned his comprehensive expertise to Property Management.

Having grown up in Maryland and Missouri with a period in Alaska, Tony brings a diverse background to his role. Prior to APS, he worked as a Pharmacy Technician. In his downtime, Tony enjoys fishing and golfing.

Nikka works closely with Property Manager Tony, assisting in the oversight of half our portfolio, which spans Annapolis (21403), Odenton (21113), Gambrills (21054), Millersville (21108), Severn (21144), Hanover (21076), Jessup (20794), Glen Burnie (21060 & 21061), and Pasadena (21122). Her prior experience in the mortgage and title field provides a strong foundation for her meticulous approach. Nikka thrives on the team camaraderie at APS and genuinely enjoys her daily interactions with clients.

Raised in Baguio City, Philippines—the "City of Pines"—Nikka earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, further honing her customer service skills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, catching up on favorite TV series like Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad, and traveling, especially to visit her mother and sisters in Taiwan.

Arron was born and raised in Maryland, he graduated from Baltimore City College High school and has worked in the property maintenance field since then. He loves fixing thing and when he is not working at properties he can often be found working on cars.

Outside of work, Aaron spends time with his family and loves nothing more that doing things with his young son. His favorite thing about his role within APS is being able to work with our residents face-to-face to resolve their maintenance issues and offer them reassurance and some routine maintenance tips.
