Annapolis Property Services is a full-service property management company, that specializes in longer-term un-furnished residential management for properties in and around the Annapolis area.
We handle every aspect of leasing and managing your client’s property and including all the tenant communications and maintenance issues.
If your clients wish to consider the option of either renting their property or are purchasing a property as an investment, we will happily consult with them on realistic expected monthly rent and maintenance expenses and to enable them to make an educated decision.
Should they choose to go the rental route we will handle everything from listing the property, sourcing, and screening suitable tenants, condition reports and all maintenance requests.
When they are then ready to sell and the tenants have vacated and the property cleaned we then hand everything back over to you.
In addition to taking superb care of your clients and their property, once we source a suitable resident we also take you out for a really nice dinner, in the form of a $200 gift card!
Whilst we primarily work directly with our new residents, should you be working with a client who is searching for a home to rent, if they like one of our homes and are suitably qualified we like to take you to lunch, in the form of a $50 gift card
