To quickly and easily find a new home please follow the steps provided below.

Please understand that we provide 24 hours of advance notice to the current Resident when we schedule showings so your first choice of appointments may not be available.

Steps to finding a new home:

1. Search available properties in the top grey bar of the screen
2. Identify and save properties that are of interest
3. If you are in the area, drive by the property at your convenience to get a feel for the neighborhood and location
4. Schedule a showing of your top choice by visiting the property and clicking the red ” Schedule a Showing” button on the listing
5. Select a suitable date and time, answer our pre-screening questions, and we will meet you at the property either via Zoom or in person

Showing can be scheduled online up to 10 days in advance and available showtimes are displayed for each specific property.

Most vacant homes are available for self-guided showing with one of our team members with you virtually on Zoom, using a code box entry system.

  Amazing staff, fast response time, and easy to work with! I have been working with the APS team for a little over 2 years now and could not be happier with the professional and attentive staff members. They made listing and renting my property super easy and ensure the property is appropriately maintained by the tenants.   My boyfriend and I have been renting from a landlord who uses Annapolis Property Services for the past two years.

Before using APS as a tenant, you should understand that a property service’s main concern is the landlord’s best interest. They want to keep maintenance costs as low as possible. Also understand that you will not have a direct line of communication with your landlord. APS acts as a “middle man” for communication.

That being said, we feel that the people at APS are attentive and caring towards the tenants they manage. As long as you are vocal about any issues you are experiencing and what your concerns/expectations are, APS will do everything in their power to get you the help you need as quickly as they can.

We recently had some water damage to our apartment as a result of a leak in our building. Oliver at APS has been incredibly helpful in this stressful situation. He listened to our concerns about potential mold exposure and has been a huge advocate for us. We have also had good experiences with Brendan and Nikka, they have always responded to our emails in a very timely manner.
