Personal Bio
Tony is a Property Manager here at Annapolis Property Services and manages half of our portfolio, overseeing all properties in Annapolis (21403), Odenton (21113), Gambrills (21054), Millersville (21108), Severn (21144), Hanover (21076), Jessup (20794), Glen Burnie (21060 & 21061), and Pasadena (21122). Tony serves as the primary liaison for owner communications and expertly manages all aspects of leases, turnovers, and the resident move-in and move-out process, ensuring seamless experiences and meticulously maintained properties.
Tony's journey with APS began in 2017 as an in-house Maintenance Technician. His talent and dedication led to a promotion to Maintenance Project Manager, and in a significant company development, Tony founded our General Contracting department in 2022. In 2025, he transitioned his comprehensive expertise to Property Management.
Having grown up in Maryland and Missouri with a period in Alaska, Tony brings a diverse background to his role. Prior to APS, he worked as a Pharmacy Technician. In his downtime, Tony enjoys fishing and golfing.
