Personal Bio
Tina heads up our Maintenance Coordination and Troubleshooting team, ensuring that all resident maintenance requests and owner communications are handled efficiently and appropriately. She and her team handle all our resident's maintenance requests and the communications and coordination with our property owners, vendors, and our in-house maintenance crew to get them resolved.
Tina has five years of Property Management and maintenance coordination experience before joining APS as our maintenance support manager in January 2023.
Outside of work Tina enjoys spending time with her family and her many pets.
