Nikka Zarate

Personal Bio

Nikka works primarily with our Property Management and Leasing team with both new residents setting up their accounts and current residents with lease renewals and any administrative queries (pool passes etc). Prior to joining APS Nikka worked in the mortgage and title field and loves the comradery and customer interactions working as part of the APS team.

Nikka was raised in the northern part of the Philippines, in Baguio city known as the “City of Pines,” where she gained her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Outside of work Nikka likes to spend time with her family and watching her favorite TV Series; Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad. She also loves to travel and when possible visit her mother and sisters in Taiwan.
