Personal Bio
Nikka is an Assistant Property Manager at Annapolis Property Services and a key contributor to our Property Management and Leasing team, dedicated to providing exceptional support to both new and current residents. She handles account setups, guides residents through lease renewals, and efficiently addresses administrative queries, from pool passes to other essential needs.
Nikka works closely with Property Manager Tony, assisting in the oversight of half our portfolio, which spans Annapolis (21403), Odenton (21113), Gambrills (21054), Millersville (21108), Severn (21144), Hanover (21076), Jessup (20794), Glen Burnie (21060 & 21061), and Pasadena (21122). Her prior experience in the mortgage and title field provides a strong foundation for her meticulous approach. Nikka thrives on the team camaraderie at APS and genuinely enjoys her daily interactions with clients.
Raised in Baguio City, Philippines—the "City of Pines"—Nikka earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, further honing her customer service skills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, catching up on favorite TV series like Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad, and traveling, especially to visit her mother and sisters in Taiwan.
