Here at Annapolis Property Services, we have several Senior Property Managers on staff and they each bring their own individual assets to our team. Brendan Giardini is one of our SPMs that has been on the team for over 8 years and works tirelessly every day to ensure the happiness of our owners and tenants. A typical day for Brendan consists of communicating with owners regarding their properties, whether it be related to marketing or any issues that may have arisen. He is also in and out of the office throughout the day organizing move in and move out walk-throughs and finalizing reports.

He found his calling in this industry when he joined the team and as he has continued to grow with us, he can’t see himself doing anything else! His favorite part of the job is helping give peace of mind to our owners that their homes (and investment) is in the best hands possible. He also loves working with clients to address the problems with their home quickly and effectively to make sure that they have the best rental experience possible. Brendan has worked in several different positions on our team, so when we asked him who in the company he would switch with if he had the chance his answer was simple: “It would have to be Marlyn in accounting, so that I can say I have worked each position within the company.”

Personally, Brendan loves spending his free time fishing and visiting his favorite restaurant in the Annapolis area, Lewnes’ Steak House in Eastport. Fun fact: Brendan worked as a Seasonal Park Ranger at Quiet Waters Park for two years! Thank you for everything you do for our clients and our company, Brendan! We’re so happy to have you on the team!
