Our Maintenance Department is part of the foundation of our company and ensures that everything in our properties is working correctly. We are so proud to have a team that consistently performs at the highest level so that our owners and renters are always happy. Renee King, our Maintenance Coordinator, is responsible for fielding the majority of online maintenance requests from our tenants. Once a request is received, she dispatches the appropriate vendor to complete the repair and works with them to make sure the work is completed in a timely manner.
One of our newest team members, Renee has been on board since January 2019 and is already a vital part of the team! She’s a team player and is always eager to assist tenants with issues they may be having with their home and help them make informed decisions regarding repairs and maintenance decisions. Her previous careers as a Realtor and owner of a contracting business made her a perfect fit for this industry and with her experience as a mother, we knew she’d be able to handle our team and tenants with ease.
When she’s not at work, she loves being outside with her husband and their four dogs. You might be surprised to learn that she’s also a pescatarian and loves working on cars and restoring furniture. Her husband’s cooking on the grill is her favorite meal, but when they go out to eat they love local hot-spot, Dry 85! Thank you, Renee, for all that you do!
