About Annapolis Property Services – Peter Cook

Hi, I’m Peter from Annapolis Property Services. I’m going to tell you a little about us and how we’re different than other property managers in the area. Primarily we’re not relatives. We focus on long-term unfurnished property management in and around the Annapolis area.

We don’t charge a placement fee to find tenants. Our goal is to find suitable tenants for the target monthly rent and maximize the occupants of your property. We can assist owners that are either overseas, out of state, or local and don’t want to deal with the day-to-day management of their property.
