Personal Bio
Maggie joined the APS team in 2023 on a part-time basis to help conduct our bi-annual property walk-throughs and City of Annapolis rental inspections. In 2024 she joined the team full-time, still handling all of our walk throughs and city inspections, and also now working with our Property Management and Maintenance team as our Property Turnover Specialist coordinating and preparing homes for new residents.
Maggie is an Air Force veteran and also the daughter of an Air Force family; to date she has moved her belongings 17 times! Prior to joining APS, Maggie was a Realtor for thirteen years and enjoys helping people. When she’s not working, Maggie enjoys reading, and spending time with friends. (Her faithful dog Sunny believes this should be her).
