Should you need to end your lease prior to the end of your current lease term we will work with you to find a suitable replacement resident and once a new resident takes possession you will be released from your lease obligations.

Below are the details and procedure for APS to source a new resident:

Please complete, this form below along. Once we receive your completed form together with the payment for the Relisting fee, we will commence the relisting process and with the property owners approval the marketing your residence to source replacement tenants.

The Re-listing fee to market your residence and source a suitable replacement tenant is $950.00

A detailed listing of the property on www.AnnapolisPropertyServices.com,
Listing on: Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Showmojo, and their family of syndicated sites
Paid Home tour plus listing on Militarybyowner.com
Photography of the property
Video tour of the property
360 Photo tour of the property
Signage at the property (where allowed)
Screen prospective resident inquires
Electronic scheduling and notification of showings
Conduct property showings with prospective residents
Process new resident applications
Prepare and execute a lease agreement
Conduct move-in/out property condition report video

Please note that until a new tenant takes possession of the property you remain rent responsible.

- I understand that I am fully responsible for the current lease terms until either a new resident takes occupancy or until the end of the lease term. This includes paying rent, utility bills and where applicable all regular property and yard maintenance.
- I also understand that the costs to secure a new resident and prepare the property for occupancy will be my responsibility. Annapolis Property Services will assist in finding a new resident and this letter confirms their engagement of services.
- I understand that should a new resident not be found prior to the end of my lease term the relisting fee paid to Annapolis Property Services shall be refunded in full, less any direct costs incurred.
