• Move out / move in cleaning –  For properties where owners or tenants have moved out of the home, removed all their personal belongings and left it in a reasonably clean condition. Cleaning costs are typically around $40 per room, depending on how many total rooms there are and how much cleaning is needed
• Move out deep cleaning – When occupants have vacated the home and not left it dirty without any attempts to clean. Cleaning costs range between $50 and $60  per room
• Move in shine cleaning – For homes that have had a move out cleaning completed, the property has been vacant and shown to prospective applicants. Cleaning costs are typically half the cost of the move out cleaning – $20 per room
• Post construction cleaning – Post construction cleaning cost really vary depending on what work was completed and where. Drywall dust is worst, so depending on the dust amounts cost range between $50 and $75 per room

*Room count is calculated by the total number of rooms in a home, with bathrooms counting as one room, one flight of stairs and a small hallway as one room, combined living and dining areas or large rooms as two. All the above costs estimates do not include the cost of carpet cleaning.
