Update to our available property showing and property listing process:
All vacant home shows are now conducted via zoom; this allows you the ability to safely personally tour any of our vacant homes without any direct personal contact. Showings can all scheduled online and available 7 days a week for all our vacant homes.
For upcoming listings, unless authorized by the property occupants (either the outgoing residents or the property owners) these cannot be seen in person but they will be listed one to two weeks prior to them being available and showings can then be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.
For any showings at an occupied home, these will be conducted with an APS team member, who will work within the CDC guidelines, wear a mask and maintain social distancing, etc. We also request that the current occupants vacate the property for the duration of the showing.
To better tour any of our properties remotely we have complete walkthrough video tours for all of our properties and are creating 360 walkthrough tours for all homes as they become available We have also introduced a text to chat feature, enabling you to chat via text with one of our full-time leasing team members 7 days a week.
Our office is open for customers by appointment only, as many team members are still working remotely
