Rikka is an Assistant Property Manager at Annapolis Property Services and plays a crucial role in our Property Management and Leasing operations. She provides essential support to new and existing residents and property owners, managing account setups, lease renewals, and various administrative needs.
Rikka directly assists Ben Derrick with the management of properties across Annapolis (21401), Cape St. Claire (21409), Arnold (21012), Edgewater (21037), Davidsonville (21035), and Riva (21140). Her background in the electronic currency field brings a unique perspective to her role. Rikka values the team environment at APS and particularly enjoys her interactions with clients.
