Pets are not approved without written permission from APS, and all approved pets require a one time $250 per pet fee. Residents are also responsible for all pet damages.
A one-time $150 Pet addendum application fee is due at the time of application.

Unauthorized pets:
If any unauthorized pets are found at the property, this will be a breach of lease. The $150 pet addendum application fee plus a $10 per day pet fee will be applied until either the pet is approved or removed from the leased premises.
