Personal Bio

Mauricio is our Maintenance and Turnover Supervisor, bringing extensive experience in high-end renovations and maintenance. Raised in a family of handymen, he developed exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for craftsmanship, which he further refined during his four years as a traveling contractor. A self-taught guitar and piano player with formal training from Liberty University, Mauricio also shared his love of music by teaching children at a private Christian school. In his free time, he enjoys family walks, dining out, tackling DIY projects, playing video games, and continuously learning new skills.
