Gerald is one of our Primary Maintenance Coordinators, handling maintenance issues for half APS's property portfolio. In this vital role, Gerald serves as the lead point of contact for residents, leveraging his expertise to troubleshoot maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure seamless communication among property owners, vendors, and tenants. Gerald's primary maintenance territory is Annapolis (21401), Cape St. Claire (21409), Arnold (21012), Edgewater (21037), Davidsonville (21035), and Riva (21140). Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, which reinforces his commitment to high-level service and operational efficiency. Outside of his professional life, Gerald is an avid traveler and family man who enjoys exploring new destinations. He is a dedicated dog owner to his three companions: Luna, Goldy, and Ashley.
