When is rent due?
All rent payments are due to Annapolis Property Services at the first day of every month.
Any rent not received by the 6th of the month will incur late fees.
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in the following ways:
— On-line Payment through our online accounting system
— Bill Pay through your bank
— Check either via mail or delivered to the to APS office
— Credit Card ( convenience charge will apply)
— Cash or cashiers check- must be delivered in person during normal business hours
Do you have a number in case of a property related emergency?
Should a situation occur that poses danger to the resident or further damage to the property, such as fire, burst water pipes, gas leak etc., first contact emergency response services at 911, and then call the APS Emergency phone number at 410-878-6539.
When will the security deposit be returned?
After the lease expires, security deposits are returned to the resident, with interest, in accordance with Maryland State law, less any deduction for lease violations or damage to the property.
