We use a tried and true process to source high quality tenants in a timely manner. By sticking to the process we have developed over the last 13 years we are able to rent our managed properties in a smooth and timely manner.
The first step in this process is to market your property in the correct places. Because most renters these days find their house or apartment through online search, that’s where we focus the bulk of our efforts. To do this we create a professional listing. This includes photographing the property inside and out. Then we complete a video tour. The whole kit is then posted to the Annapolis Property Services website under available properties. From there it is listed on our list of real estate and rental sites.

Once an application is received we follow a strict screening process of requiring all prospective tenants to complete a detailed application form. From there we:
1. Conducting a thorough background check on all prospective tenants
2. Personally meeting all prospective tenants whenever possible
