Assistant Property manager and Property maintenance associate
Annapolis Property Services is the market leader in Residential Property Management in the Annapolis area with over 450 properties under management.
We are a small hard-working team, looking to add an assistant to our Property Management and Maintenance team.
Full time position working with our in house property management and maintenance team to assist with property turn around work, sign / lock box placement, resident and maintenance requests
With experience will also then conduct property inspections and complete some handyman tasks at our portfolio of properties.
Location: Annapolis Based
Hours: 40 hours PW Monday – Friday
Attitude: Must work with other co-workers and tenants harmoniously. Must be likeable, self-motivated, punctual, responsible, honest and dependable.
Travel: Must have valid driver’s license in good standing; reliable transportation
Attire: Company uniform provided
Supervision: Works independently daily; reports to Maintenance Manager.
Systems: Proficient use of computer software and smartphone apps
Education: High School Degree
Experience: 1+ year related experience
Background: No criminal records
Employ Type: Full time Salary position
Compensation : $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience
Paid time off: 10 Days + holidays ~ increasing annually to max 20 days
Holidays: Paid major holidays
Health Care: Up to $300 pm towards heath care (after 90 days)
Retirement: Simple IRA with 3% match (after 12 months)
Phone: Company paid phone
Transportation: Company truck provided and available for employees use to and from work
