APS Policy for Prospective Residents / Rental Applicants: Annapolis Property Services, LLC understands and acknowledges that it is unlawful to refuse to sell or rent, or otherwise make unavailable or deny, a dwelling to any person because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or source of income. The Company welcomes applications from those receiving housing assistance. However, not all properties managed by the Company are approved by the local housing authority to receive housing assistance. In the event that you have applied for a property that is not registered, there will likely be a delay in fully processing your application. The Company encourages the property’s owner to proceed with due speed in completing the registration process.
