Peter, Founder and President of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 with Sunsail Sailing Vacations.
In 2003 he recognized the need for property management in Anne Arundel County, and with over 6 years of international property management experience, Annapolis Property Services was born. Peter is a graduate of Southampton University.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, adventure travel and competing in tri-athlons.
Sanford Collins is the Director of Operations and oversees the Accounting and Maintenance teams of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from San Francisco, California, Sanford moved to Maryland in 2009.
Prior to joining APS, he helped found and managed all aspects of Allegiant Property Management. He is also a licensed CPA and currently serves as the Treasurer for the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
He is a graduate of California State University, East Bay where he received a BS in Business Administration. In his spare time, Sanford enjoys jogging and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Marco is responsible for all our properties in: Annapolis West (21401), Cape St Claire, Arnold, Odenton, Millersville and Gambrills. He is the main point of contact for all owner communications for his properties in addition to overseeing the leasing process and completing property turnarounds.
Experienced in both property management and maintenance, Marco was formerly the Senior Property Manager at A&S Development Corporation where he was responsible for the leasing and maintenance of 4 buildings and 15 dock slips.
He is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University where he earned a BS in Sociology. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and his two Chihuahuas.
Krystle, works with Marco and is the main point of contact for all resident communications for our properties in Annapolis West (21401), Cape St Claire, Arnold, Odenton, Millersville and Gambrills. In addition she also handles property listings, conducting showings, new resident inquires, lease preparation and move-in orientations.
She is a graduate of Anne Arundel Community College and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to see family and friends and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.
Most of all she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Brendan is responsible for all our properties in: Annapolis East (21403), Edgewater, Shady Side, Crownsville, Riva, Davidsonville, Severna Park, Stevensville and Chester. He is the main point of contact for all owner communications for his properties in addition to overseeing the leasing process and completing property turnarounds.
He is a 2007 graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he received a BA with a major in Political Science and minor in Asian Studies.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing.
Ashley oversees all resident communication, lease renewals, lease preparation and return of security deposits, in addition to anything else that the leasing department hands her. In 2013 she graduated from Chesapeake College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Management Studies from UMUC. In her spare time she enjoys travel, shopping and spending time with her two dogs.
Sue is the head bookkeeper for Annapolis Property Services. A native of Cape Cod Sue has lived in Maryland since 1980 and brings over 20 years of booking experience to the APS team. Prior to joining APS Sue worked for Truly Custom Homes as the Head Accountant and office manager.
In her spare time she enjoys visiting the local restaurants in downtown Annapolis, boating on the Chesapeake Bay and most of all the family gatherings with her children.
Angela is an administrative assistant. Her responsibilities include supporting both the Accounting and Sales department. Originally from North Carolina , Angela recently relocated to Maryland. Prior to joining Annapolis Property Services, Angela worked for YFY Jupiter .
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
As Maintenance Manager Ben coordinates all maintenance duties for all occupied properties managed by Annapolis Property Services and manages all owner and resident communications, relating to maintenance issues.
Prior to joining APS Ben was he General Manager of the Annapolis Sailing School. He is a graduate of Salisbury University and is an experienced sailor and photographer.
In his spare time he enjoys going to baseball games and spending time with his family.
As Maintenance Facilitator Steve performs and oversees the maintenance for all properties managed by Annapolis Property Services as well as completing the majority of our interim property inspections.
Prior to joining Annapolis Property Services Steve performed handyman duties at City Dock coffee in addition to working as a Barista.
In addition to answering phones, greeting visitors and keeping us organized, Chelsea assists in all departments. She is a recent graduate of Anne Arundel Community College with an Associate’s Degree of Arts. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
