Peter, Founder and President of Annapolis Property Services. Originally from Wales, Peter moved to Annapolis in 1999 with Sunsail Sailing Vacations.
In 2003, he and his wife Nicola recognized the need for property management in Anne Arundel County, and with over 6 years of international property management experience, Annapolis Property Services was born. Peter is a graduate of Southampton University.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, adventure travel and competing in tri-athlons.
Matt is the primary point of contact for prospective residents and responsible for marketing properties. Additional duties include showing properties, managing qualifying procedures, preparing leases, as well as conducting property move-ins.
Experienced in both real estate and construction, Matt was one of 13 finalists in the National Craft Olympics of 2007 for Carpentry. In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and his daughter Amanda Joan “A.J” who was born in October 2011.
Most of all, Matt loves going to his cabin in Deep Creek Lake where he enjoys fishing and boating.
Marco is responsible for resident move-in and move-outs for all properties managed by Annapolis Property Services.
Experienced in both property management and maintenance, Marco was formerly the Senior Property Manager at A&S Development Corporation where he was responsible for the leasing and maintenance of 4 buildings and 15 dock slips.
He is a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University where he earned a BS in Sociology. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and his two Chihuahuas.
Krystle is responsible for showing properties, qualifying prospective residents, and preparing leases, in addition to conducing move-in orientations.
She is a graduate of Anne Arundel Community College and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to see family and friends and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.
Most of all she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
As Facilities Manager Brendan manages all client communications and coordinates all maintenance duties for all properties managed by Annapolis Property Services.
He is a 2007 graduate of Randolph-Macon College where he received a BA with a major in Political Science and minor in Asian Studies.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors and fishing.
As Facilities Coordinator Ben performs and oversees the maintenance for all properties managed by Annapolis Property Services.
In addition to being a graduate of Salisbury, he is also an experienced sailor and photographer.
Prior to joining APS Ben was he General Manager of the Annapolis Sailing School.
In his spare time he enjoys going to baseball games and spending time with his family.
Sue is the head bookkeeper for Annapolis Property Services. A native of Cape Cod Sue has lived in Maryland since 1980 and brings over 20 years of booking experience to the APS team. Prior to joining APS Sue worked for Truly Custom Homes as the Head Accountant and office manager.
In her spare time she enjoys visiting the local restaurants in downtown Annapolis, boating on the Chesapeake Bay and most of all the family gatherings with her children.
Jenny is responsible for all accounts payables and receivables.
With over 12 years experience in the accounting field, she brings a wealth of accounting knowledge and skill to the team.
A native Marylander, Jenny enjoys boating on the Chesapeake.
In her spare time she keeps busy reading, spending time with family & friends, and caring for her 3 dogs.
In addition to answering phones and keeping us organized Brittany assists in all departments. She is a 2013 graduate of Frostburg State University with a BA in Business Administration.
In her spare time she enjoys working on her family farm, showing livestock animals, spending time with friends and caring for her 2 dogs, Holly and Scooter.
