Annapolis Property Services will handle all aspects of property management from:

• Providing all market information to enable you to select the appropriate rental for your property.
• Preparing, advertising and showing of your rental property.
• Screening and selecting the tenants. Preparing and executing all leases and other tenant documentation on your behalf.
• Handling the tenant move-in process and detailed property inspection (including photography & full inventory) and instructions to tenants for maintenance of your property.
• Collecting the rent and disbursement of funds for Condo/HOA’s fee, mortgage payments, etc., per your instructions.
• Handling all repairs using licensed contractors.
• Provide monthly accounting reports.
• Enforcing the properties rules and regulations and ensuring the property is well cared for.
• Dealing with complaints.
  
• Regular inspections of your property inside and outside, every 120 days.
