Finding a New Home with Annapolis Property Services

Annapolis Property Services Manages over 250 properties and maintains a complete online inventory that is updated daily.

To quickly and easily find a new home please follow the steps provided below. 

Steps to finding a new home

1. Search available properties on the right hand side of the screen

2. Identify properties that are of interest

3. If you are in the area drive by the property at your convenience to get a feel for the neighborhood and location.

4. Complete Part One of our Application form to schedule a showing of your top choice.

5. A property manager will contact you to schedule a suitable date and time.

If you wish to see more than two properties, there is a $50 per property scheduling fee. This fee is fully refundable if you qualify and rent any property managed by Annapolis Property Services. If you do not qualify or choose not to rent and APS managed property is not refundable.

Prequalification is suggested. To prequalify download and complete both parts of the application form and return to APS together with the $35 application fee.

Please understand that we provide 24 hours of advance notice to the current Resident when we schedule showings so your first choice of appointments may not be available.

The best time to schedule a showing is during regular business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Weekend and after hour showings are available and also require a $50 per property scheduling fee. The weekend showing fee is payable in advance by credit card and will be refunded in full should you lease the property.
