Finding a New Home with Annapolis Property Services

Annapolis Property Services Manages over 250 properties and maintains a complete online inventory that is updated daily.

To quickly and easily find a new home please follow the steps provided below. 

Steps to finding a new home

1. Search available properties on the right hand side of the screen

2. Identify properties that are of interest

3. If you are in the area drive by the property at your convenience to get a feel for the neighborhood and location.

4. Complete Part One of our Application form to schedule a showing and start the pre-qualification process.

5. A property manager will contact you to schedule a suitable date and time.

If you wish to see multiple properties, prequalification is required, so you will need to complete both parts of the application and return to APS together with the $35 application fee. It's easy - just download and complete the PDF form and return to Annapolis Property Services.

Please understand that we provide 24 hours of advance notice to the current Resident when we schedule showings so your first choice of appointments may not be available.

The best time to schedule a showing is during regular business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Weekend and after hour showings are available but require a $50 per property scheduling fee. The weekend showing fee, is payable in advance by credit card and will be refunded in full should you lease the property.
