About Annapolis Property Services

Annapolis Property Services is a small-hands on company. We offer a personalized professional service with a friendly attitude. Annapolis Property Services has been operating in the Annapolis area since June 2003. At Annapolis Property Services we specialize in private residential property management in the Annapolis area and can tailor make our service to fit your individual needs.

The company is owned and managed by Peter and Nicola Cook. Originally from England. They fell in love with the area when they moved here in 1999 and decided to make Annapolis their home with their sons Ollie and Will, and their dog Kopek. They are avid sailors and enjoy the wonders of Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay.

The APS Team

Peter Cook, Owner
Peter is a residential property manager. Originally from Wales, Peter was transferred to Annapolis, MD over ten years ago with Sunsail Sailing Vacations. In 2003, recognizing a need for property management in Anne Arundel County, and with over 6 years of international property management experience, Peter and his wife Nicola set out to fill this void. Hence Annapolis Property Services was born. Peter is a graduate of Southampton University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, travel and competing in tri-athlons.

Lisa Marie Clark, Accounting Department
Lisa began her bookkeeping career 10 years ago in Edgewater. In addition to keeping the books in-line for our owners, tenants and vendors and making sure everyone gets paid on time, Lisa is also responsible for all accounts payable and receivable inquiries. A native Marylander, Lisa enjoys living on the Eastern Shore with her husband, mother, 2 children and 2 dogs. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, crabbing, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

John G. Neely, Jr., Property Manger
John is a property manager and resident/owner liaison. He is the primary contact for all owner and tenant requests. Prior to joining Annapolis Property Service, John worked for both an educational consulting firm and well as serving group clients in the employee benefits market. A native Annapolitan, John received a BA from Hampden-Sydney College where he also received All-American lacrosse honors. In his spare time he enjoys coaching youth lacrosse and is involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis.

Ashley Sullivan,Assistant Property Manager
Ashley is an Assistant Property Manager. In addition to answering phones and keeping us all organized she assists in all departments. Ashley is 2009 graduate from Kent Island High School where she was Senior Class Secretary, and a member of the National Honor Society. Ashley is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administrations and in her spare time enjoys visiting with family and friends. She loves dogs, shopping, travel, and watching movies.

Matt Wilson ,Property Manager
Matt is a residential property manager. He is the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and also responsible for marketing all properties. Additional duties include showing properties, managing qualifying procedures, preparing leases, as well as conducting property move-ins and move-outs. Experienced in both real estate and construction industries, Matt was one of 13 finalists in the National Craft Olympics of 2007 held in San Juan, Puerto Rico for Carpentry. In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. Most of all, Matt loves going to his cabin in Deep Creek Lake where he enjoys fishing and boating in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.
