Annapolis Property Services has been operating in the Annapolis area since June 2003 with six years experience in International property management.

At Annapolis Property Services we specialize in private residential property management in the Annapolis area and can tailor make our service to fit your individual needs.

The company is owned and managed by Peter and Nicola Cook. Originally from England, but fell in love with the area when they moved here in 1999 and decided to make their home here with their sons Ollie and Will, and their dog Kopek.
Both are avid sailors and enjoy the wonders of Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay.

They pride themselves on delivering the highest degree of customer service.
