The only way to ensure that your prize possessions are not lost or stolen is to remove them from the property.
Clean – The cleaner your house the quicker it will rent, guaranteed. Thoroughly clean your house inside and out. Remove all trash; clean all bathrooms, floors, windows, and blinds. Remember to wipe down all cabinets inside and out. If the walls look dingy, consider a fresh coat of paint in a neutral color and if you have carpets be sure to steam clean.- Yard Clean-up – Curb appeal matters and first impressions are important.
